【摘要】:1.1ThisOutlinecoversrecovery/reuseequipmentforaspecificrefrigerantotherthanR12orR134a.ThespecificrefrigerantsincludeEPASNAPacceptedautomotiverefrigerants.ThisOutlinecoversrecovery/reuseequipmentforarefrigerantthathasbeendirectlyremovedfromamobileair-conditioningsystemandisintendedforreuseinthesamemobileair-conditioningsystemorinamobileair-conditioningsystemthatisunderthecontrolanddirectionofthesameowner(suchasafleet).1.2ThisOutlineappliestoequipmentusedtoserviceautomobiles,lighttrucks,andothervehicleswithsimilarmobileair-conditioningsystems.1.3Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materialsorsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisOutline,andthatinvolvesariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstodeterminethatthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisOutlineismaintained.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisOutlineshahnetbejudgedtocomplywiththisOutline.Whereappropriate,revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisOutline.
