【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardappliestocold-reducedcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualitiescoatedincoilformbyelectro-depositionoftin.Theproductiscommonlyknownaselectrolytictin-coatedsheetandisusedwheresolderabilityisdesired,appearanceisimportant,oradegreeofcorrosionresistanceunderspecificconditionsisadvantageousandcoatingmassmaybespecified.Thecoatingisexpressedasthetotalcoatingonbothsurfacesingramspersquaremetre.Thecoatingmassspecifiedshouldbecompatiblewiththedesiredservicelife,thicknessofthebasemetalandtheformingrequirementsinvolved.Adesignationsystem(clause4)includesthecoatingdesignation,coatingconditionandquality.2Electrolytictin-coatedsheetisnormallyproducedinthicknessesfrom0,50mmto0,85mmandwidthsof600mmto1050mm,incoilsandcutlengths.3Commercialqualityelectrolytictin-coatedsheet(quality01)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflat,orforbendingormoderateforming.4Drawingqualityelectrolytictin-coatedsheet(qualities02,03,04)isintendedfordrawingorsevereforming.ItisfurnishedaccordingtotherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardor,withagreementwhereordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcasemechanicalpropertiesdonotapply.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:—02drawingquality;—03deepdrawingquality;—04deepdrawingqualityaluminumkilled(non-ageing).5ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovertinplateandblackplate.note:1)Someworldmarketsdefine"electrolytictinplate"ashavingamaximumthicknessof0,38mminwhichcasethethicknessrangefor'electrolytictin-coatedsheet'willhaveaminimumof0,38mm.
