【摘要】:ThistestmethodisavailabletoproducersandusersofRDFasameansofdeterminingthermalcharacteristicsofalargesampleofRDFwithoutextensiveprocessingofthelaboratorysample.ItisintendedthattheresultsobtainedbeusedtomonitorchangesinthefuelcharacteristicsofRDFoveraperiodoftime.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmoisture,noncombustiblesandcombustibles,andthecalculationofhigherheatingvaluecontentofalargemassofrefuse-derivedfuel-three(RDF).1.2Thistestmethodmaybeapplicabletoanywastematerial,includingresiduesfromcombustion,fromwhicharepresentativesamplecanbeprepared.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection7foradditionalhazardinformation.
