【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthequalificationtestingofweldingproceduresforthearcweldingoftubetotube-platejointsinmetallicmaterialsbymanual,partlymechanized,mechanizedorautomaticprocesses.Thisstandardisapartofaseriesofstandards.DetailsofthisseriesaregiveninprENISO15607,AnnexA.Qualificationbytubetotube-platejointtestscanbeusedforalljointseveniftheyarefullyloadedoronlysealweldedasrequiredinapplicationstandards.Insuchcases,oneormorespecialtestpiecesshouldbemadetosimulatetheproductionjointinallessentialfeatures,e.g.dimensions,restraint,heatsinkeffects.Thetestshouldbecarriedoutpriortoandundertheconditionstobeusedinproduction.Thisstandardappliestofusionweldingofmetallicmaterialsfortubetotube-platejointswithgap.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotube-sheetswithforgedendconnectionswithweldedtubes(external/internalborewelds).Forweldingoftubetotube-platejointswithoutgapweldingproceduretestshouldbedefinedinthespecification.Forotherapplicationsand/orrequirementsthestandardcanbeusedifrequiredbythespecification.Repairweldingshouldbeconsideredintheweldingproceduretest.
