【摘要】:Thisstandardshallprovidetheminimumfiresafetyrequirements(preventativeandoperative)relatedtothedesign,installation,operation,inspection,andmaintenanceofallpublicandprivatecookingoperations.Thisstandardshallapplytoresidentialcookingequipmentusedforcommercialcookingoperations.Thisstandardshallnotapplytocookingequipmentlocatedinasingledwellingunit.Thisstandardshallnotapplytofacilitieswhereallofthefollowingaremet:(1)Onlyresidentialequipmentisbeingused.(2)FireextinguisherslocatedinallkitchenareasinaccordancewithNFPA10,StandardforPortableFireExtinguishers.(3)Facilityisnotanassemblyoccupancy.(4)Subjecttotheapprovaloftheauthorityhavingjurisdiction.
