【摘要】:Thistestmethodcalibratesordemonstratesconformityofthehumiditylevelinapurgegasgeneratedbyahumiditygeneratoratafixedtemperature.Suchcalibrationordemonstrationofconformitymayberequiredbyqualityinitiatives.Conformancedemonstratesthatthehumidifiedpurgegasiswithinsomeestablishedlimits.Calibrationprovidesanoffsetandorslopevaluethatmaybeusedforestablishingtherelativehumidityscaleoftheapparatus.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthehumiditycalibration(orconformance)ofhumiditygeneratorsforusewiththermogravimetricanalyzersandotherthermalanalysisapparatus.Thehumidityrangecoveredis5to95%relativehumidity(%RH)andthetemperaturerangeis0to80176;C.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3TherearenoISOequivalentstothisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
